When trying to lose weight, the first major obstacle you need to overcome is simply geting started! Most people don’t know where to begin, and end up failing miserably. So if this sounds like you, then keep on reading. It doesn’t matter how big or small your weight loss goal is, whether you use the 7 day soup diet or not, I’m sure that what I share with you today will help you out!

 

If you really want to be successful in your weight loss journey, then you must set goals. Without weight loss goals, you won’t have a clear picture of what you are trying to accomplish. You need a clear expectation before you, to keep yourself motivated, and focused to get rid of that weight.

So ask yourself these two important questions:

1. How much weight do you want to lose?

2. By when?

Now write the answers to those question on a piece of paper, and multiple copies, putting them somewhere visible – eg fridge, computer, bedroom door, work desk etc… Remember, just setting a goal is not enough. You need to put action behind it. A commitment without action is not a commitment at all!
